Frustrated customer
Today I was so disappointed in Miway service or lack there of. I tried all their portals to get roadside assistance. WhatsApp portal and mixpress was just a nightmare. 20minutes later I had to call *** the phone finally rang after trying multiple times. I am ready to change insurance. Last year I used WhatsApp roadside assistance and was quick and successful but today they left me very frustrated.
