Frustrated Client

I was involved in an accident on 29 February 2016 and submitted a claim with miway immediately and was assisted in towing the vehicle to an assessment center. After the assessment was done my vehicle was taken to the panel beaters for repairs. i was requested to pay the excess before any work could be done on my vehicle and I made the payment and received correspondence that work had been started on the repairs to my vehicle. I then received correspondence that I will get my car back on 22 April 2016. The 22nd of April came and went by and I didn't receive any word on when will I get my car back and why there is any delay on the promised delivery date. I called the panel beaters to check what was the hold up but their phones went unanswered. On the 28th April 2016 I went to their premises to check on when can I get my car back as I needed it for work and I found their premises were locked and no one was there. I called miway to inquire about my vehicle and couldn't get any help from them either. I have made several attempts to get answers from miway or the panel beaters to find out when will I get my vehicle back and neither of them is committed to tell me when will I get back my vehicle and the people I spoke to at miway is willing to even get me a courtesy car so I can at least commute to work.
