Frustrated client

I put in a claim and it was reviewed by Miway. I sent them pictures of the vehicle as requested. I got a call from Miway stating to take my vehicle to a panel beater which i was skeptical about because of their google review. i sent them 2 quotes from another panel beater then Miway said their assessor said they cant approve it because the work that was done previously on the front bumper is not as per standard but the pictures shows the current damage which was part of the claim. they did not see the vehicle physically but made that assumption. they decided to pay me for the claim and i must go and get it fix. This is not the service i expect from an insurance company and will not be with Miway any longer.
