Frustrated by Non-response/ Unreachable contact numbers

I moved to Miway just after I had an accident with their client (3rd party who bumped into me). She was paid almost immediately, the excess was honestly reasonable and their service to the third party efficient, hence I decided to join the club. I made a third party claim with Miway on the car I insured with them and their non-response in quite frustrating and the unanswered calls it’s just too much to bear. I am amazed they continue to insured a car they delay or perhaps refuse to attend to it after acknowledging all documentations and quotes
