Frustrated and unhappy Client

I called the organization last week Wednesday and was promised a call back, to date I still have not received any call from MyWay. 2ndly, I submitted documents for claim on Rims that I paid myself and claiming for re-imbur*****t on the 18th of June already, to date I have not heard anything from them. I keep on calling and they promise to call back, but they never do.
