Frustrated
I have a bad experience with MiWay. I've recently changed my car insurance cover from business to private but the money debited from my account was still for business cover. And when I query it I was told my money was going to be refunded to me after 7 days Now is past 7 days and when I call told the money is no longer going to be refunded back to me but will be carried over to the next 2 months. Now my frustration is that am being given different answers by whenever I make a follow up. And again it means am being forced to remain with MiWay for the next 2 months even if am not happy just because MiWay decided to hold my refund their way.

17 Sept 2018, 10:04I am still not happy with the treatment that am getting from MiWay. Whenever an agent phone me am always fed with unreliable new information. It looks like it's a plan for them not to refund what's due to me.

This is very frustrating to have such a company that ****** people like they are doing to me, R1600 is a lot of money to just loose it unplanned. I really don't know what to do anymore. I keep on loosing my airtime to find answers but always unsuccessful. MiWay please stop reaping people off.
