Frustrated
Its honestly draining to wait for the whole process to get finised, and time consuming after the claim has been declined. I am disappointed with MiWay, but then part of me feels maybe there's a little more hope, because yes they do arrangements and can be considerate to settle or reach an agreement with the client. So I guess now I have to wait and see since I have appealed for my declined claim :(
