Frustating customer service

Worst insurance ever ,They will lure you by being fast when you ask for road side assistance but once you get a real claim then they will start asking you under writing questions,things they never asked when you joined.

I made a claim and withdrawn it and over 3 weeks ,I have not got my car back and no one bothers to update me on whats holding up. When i call the claim assessor ,he does not answer and sends a message that he is busy.

I asked him numerous times to call me and update on the return of my car but he never did.
