From Unhappy to a thrilled customer

I had called into MIWAY Insurance with the intention of cancelling my service due to the increase of my premiums as I felt upset by the increases though I had not claimed. When I called in i had an opportunity to speak to Nhlampho N who tried to assist he was very polite in requesting I should not cancel rather review my account as MIWAY values me as a client he reviewed my account however though he was helpful i still was unhappy with my premium and was told i could review further and was put through to Poelegso who was also quite friendly and very helpful she review my account and i was quite amazed by how much my premium was brought down by. I now feel like an appreciated customer and would like to say thank you to the two agents who assisted me. MIWAY need to acknowledge these two staff member and thank you for listening to your customer's concerns.
