From the moment I dial the Miway contact number, there is no long waiting time until a consultant answers. Once I mention what my query is, I am immediately transferred to the appropriate agent who explains what the process is and takes the time to explain some terms more clearly. Thank you to Thando, who was of great help with my policy. They are very efficient when it comes to guiding and helping their customer.
