From bad to excellent!

<p>I have my son's car on my insurance, as well as another vehicle and all household items. My son had a car accident and his vehicle were written off by Miway. After founding a new vehicle we decided the have it insured with MiWay again, expecting a higher premiun due to the write-off of his orevious vehicle. However, Miway was too glad to insure the new vehicle. I stated he is the driver, it is his vehicle and uses it to drive to work and back and use it over the weekends. Somehow, Miway had me on as the Primary Driver and when queried this they increased the premium substantially, Initialy I got mo joy from them and were about to look for and alternative insurer. I have been with Miway for 8 Years and never had any major issues with the assisitance and service. Hoever, now due to a fault on their side we were going to be charged R400 more per month due to a clerical error on their side,</p> <p> </p> <p>After a lot of argument I eventually got through to a lady Gugu Mathebela and she went back and listened to the recordings and admitted that the fault was from their side and it was in no way attributed to anything we alluded to or said that could have couse the misunderstanding. In fact she was so apologetic that she said she can do more and in the end the insurance premium were reduced a further R188 per month. She was calm the whole time and calmed me down after the revious consulted was rude and at on stage put the phon edoen on me.</p> <p> </p> <p>I would really want to thank Gugu Mathebela for her calm demeanour and the way she went out of her way to get the facts, admit the error was on their side and did everything she could to retain me as a loyal customer. I will be sure to stick with them for the next 8 or more years if they maintain the honesty and integrity I experienced today.</p> <p> </p> <p>Well done Gugu, and thanks again for you calm and methodical assitance and trying to assit a senior kady in distress.</p>
