From 5 star to no star

Trying to move back to Mi Way from another insurer yet I have been battling to just get 1 individual to call me back since last week. Today I called again in the morning left a message ' she will call me back' called 5 hours later, again 'she will call me back" they have been having so many calls today the agent said. Mind you this lady is a senior consultant or something at MiWay.

So sad that 1 person can leave such a bad taste in one's mouth.

Very disappointed. I will also cancel my current policy I have with them.
