Friendly strangers

I broke down alongside the national road. I called Mi Way's roadside assistance. Communicating my details was a struggle, I'd like to think it was the cell signal, but the agent on the line remained calm and kept me calm enough for us to completely log the job. The wait for the service provider(tow service) was extremely long, but to be fair, I was practically in the middle of nowhere. The agent kept calling to check up on me every 20 minutes as I requested, he did so diligently. Together with a lady colleague, they arranged my tow to safety. The next day he followed up and was eager to further assist me. Huge biggups to Tumisa and Lindile. Hope I got their names correct. You guys deserve a pat on the back. Well done.
