FRIENDLY SERVICE

It is not often that staff at Insurance companies put a smile on my face, but today Miyelani Baloyi did so! Thank you Miyelani for the friendly way in which you assisted me! While waiting for the computer to reflect the information I requested, Miyelani started talking to me and just by asking me how my day has been so far, he cheered up my day! Working from home and not having people around to chat to can become very lonely. But staff like Miyelani makes in difference in our lives :) Thank you!
