<p>Spoke to Henry today at Mi-Way. I called to cancel my policy as I had decided to take up my car insurance with different insurer. Henry asked me why I wanted to cancel and I explained. He immediately understood my reasoning for wanting to cancel and didn't question me further. What I appreciated the most from Henry is his understanding.</p>
