Friendly lady

I work with people everyday and I carry good service in my heart and this lovely lady made my year.. I called in the afternoon asked her if she can call me back, she said she can't explained that they normally busy at that time and they don't make outgoibg phone calls however she call me the following day... And God she did at the exact time and she was very helpedful up dated all the info I wanted to change. She must keep up the good work.
