Good day, i would like to bring to your attention the good service i have recieved this morning form Dorcus Mathibako. i called in to make changes to my policy and was thru to the wrong department. Dorcus tried assisting me by taking me thru the online process and helped me register. Even thou it was the wrong department she didnt put me off by trying to transfer me to the next person.. Thank you for your assistance, i look forward to speaking to you later to have it sorted out.<br>
