Friendly, good attitude

I called MiWay to cancel my policy, because I received a better offer at another insurer. Thuli from MiWay assisted me, and she asked what are the reasons for my cancellation. So, I explained. Thereafter, she updated my profile, and was able to provide me with a better premium and access amount. She was friendly, and patient. Good attitude, and very convincing. I am now content with my premium and cover. Thank you Thuli. I have extra cash in my pocket monthly to do other things. :-)<br>
