Friendly fast and gooood

I phoned for new contract documents, as I have by mistake deleted mine, she confirmed it was me, and emails my documents straight away, she is extremely helpful and friendly, and I love that!! We do not want to spend hours on the phone, the fact that she is super friendly makes the phone call worth while! She was quick and ready to assist :)
