Friendly & Efficient Call Centre Agent

As is normal annually, Miway sends me my updated cover sheet. As is expected, the increase is exhorbitant, and I have to spend a few hours shopping around for insurance quotes and then contact Miway. This year the increase was to be 30%! So I was a bit irratible when callinf MIway. The first agent wasn't of much help and transferred me over to who i believe was a team leader.<br> <br> What a pleasant lady. I really wish I could remember her name, but i did this in December. She was very polite and friendly. She initiated conversation with me whilst dealing with my matter, and with a pleasant outcome. My premium was still increased, but at a lower rate more in line with inflation. Hopefully someone at Miway can access my profile and find out who assisted me, and please give this young lady a high 5 for me. If only all agents had the same demeanour and people skills as this lady.<br> <br>
