Greetings Miway,

I Phumlani Ngubane a Miway client, I hereby wish to extend my gratitude to Buhle (retentions department) as per our ref: P ********** 5 She has excellent customer service s****s and she knows her work very well telling from the discussion we had telephonically today morning. She took her time without rush, explaining the process involve as well as time frame in terms of when my contract will be open for a review. Despite that she was unable to review my policy. However, she did promise that by June this year she will try her outmost best to assist in reviewing my policy so that I can get reasonable premiums as requested. This was my statement to her, I qoute: "I'm hoping that by June 2018 Miway will assist and with your intervention to ease the premiums.

Why any other way, if you won’t do things Miway?

In closing, I wish to state that Buhle may you continue doing the good job and I must say that there's alot of companies that need people of your calibre.
