Friendly & cheerful

This morning I needed to provide a serial number for an item I had added onto cover yesterday. The consultant was friendly, efficient, cheerful and had a great attitude with me on the phone. Ended up laughing at some chat regarding when the rewards were due. Just a pleasant phone call :) Makes such a difference when speaking to someone who clearly enjoys her work and who enjoys talking to clients.
