Friendly and helpful

I got a quote from a different insurance company with a lower premium. I was about to cancel my policy with Miway and the agent at retention was Diego. I was ready to leave and didn't want to hear anything except that my policy will be cancelled. Diego was very nice and friendly and actually got me to change my mind. He did his best to make sure that I stay as their client by getting me a better premium and also pointing out benefits of staying with the insurance company. He also told me about the Miway express and how using it will make things much simpler for me. I am very happy with the service he gave me.
