Friendly and Efficient staff member

Called Miway this morning, requesting a no claim letter twice and received the emails with no attachment. Called for a 3rd time and spoke to Ramasela Papo. She was very friendly and helpfull and made sure I stayed on the line to confirm that I received her mail with the attachment. Hats off to her for making sure i got it as she could hear i was Upset and calmed me down straight away!! Wish there were more agent like her working in call centre's that go the extra mile to assist customers. She is a real star!!
