Friendly and efficient service

<p>Bonolo form the collections department phoned me today about my debit order that didnt go through. She was more than helpfull resubmitting my debit order and changing the date of the debit order. Furthermore she went through my policy to make sure everything was still correct and assisted in my queries regarding my policies. She was really friendly and has a good sense of humour. It was an absolute pleasure to deal with her. Keep up the good work!!</p>
