FRIENDLY AND EFFICIENT

received an email informing me of the premium increase wasn't so happy of the big difference added onto my premium ,phoned mi way and spoke to Thabiso -what a gentle man he is.so friendly , he was willing to assist efficiently,listened well and done all he could to assist review my premium with a laugh.he made me feel as though i knew him already/friends-happy to say that in the end of that call i am a well satisfied customer what a great service to start my day keep up the great work .
