Friendliness, even over WebChat
Hi,<br> <br> Even though WebChat is a new thing all round it is not always easy to communicate with the person on the other side, if its all about timing and text. Fortunately Nomsa was very helpful in helping me do a quote and handling general queries about my Premium! :D<br> <br> Thank you!<br> David
