Friendliness and going an extra mile

I sometimes hear friends/ colleagues complain of call centre agents as being grumpy and unwilling to help a client - my experience was different with this lady - she was very friendly and answered all my questions , even went an extra mile to give me a discount. Good and valuable employee !!!
