Freedom fighters versus professional employees

MiWay does not have employees anymore but "freedom fighters". This is according to an email that was sent to me which states: "Our freedom fighters are here for you .... ". I was taken aback by these words as I would rather have insurance employees that deliver a professional service to me than people fighting for my freedom, which I do not require as we live in a free and fair democracy. Also the word "fighting" has a negative connotation in most instances. When I spoke to a Service Manager she was only interested in defending this terminology instead of listening to what I was trying to say. Needless to say I'm going to cancel my insurance policy with MiWay as this type of terminology has a negative connotation on the African Continent. There is also a political party in South Africa that refer to themselves as "freedom fighters", so the question now arises: "Does MiWay align itself to a certain political party?"
