My car hit a pothole and I made a claim, Miway accessor Mr Henk Groenewald made assessment on parts which are not damaged so that it can look like the car is not badly damage, I called and asked the insurer Atlarelang Nhlapho to ask why is the car quote not showing anything about the damaged wheels, he fail to answer and it's been two days since he said he will find out what's going on. People I'm so disappointed by the way Miway is handling the claim process just because I'm a black person, they take advantage of me by making ********** quotation so that the can pay less amount.
