********** Credit check done without me even speaking to the agent.

I have a ********** insurance enquiry against my credit profile. There’s an agent that called me yesterday and I told him I’m in a meeting he can call again at 3, the guy calls again at 12 and I tell him still that I can’t speak to him and hang up. He never bothered to call me back, I have no idea what type of insurance did he want to offer, but now there’s a credit check. Who authorized this credit check. I even got a survey as if I spoke to the guy and I didn’t. I want this rectified ASAP, this is really disgusting, so now I’m having an enquiry that’s affected my credit score. For what exactly when I didn’t even ask to be contacted.

This should be corrected ASAP I’m posting this on social media as well, so Miway and it’s employees will not get away with this.
