********** activity by miway/miway consultant

After a miway client bumped into my car, they called their customer saying they will tow all three cars that were involved in the accident. I told them that I do not want to be towed as I am not their client and the guy (Bongane) insisted that it is a service they provide and should allow them to tow my car to their assessment center. The assessment center has charged me more than R10 000 to release my car from them and miway refuses to pay me, saying I was given wrong info by Bongane and they cannot pay me back because they cannot find the call recording confirming the wrong info. How is it that they cannot find the call? Aren't calls supposed to be recorded? I want my money. I will not let this go until I get my money from miway.
