I had car insurance with the company.I bought a new call,calked Miway to ger a quote.Premium was too high.Shopped around nd secured a lower premium.Called MiWay to cancel policy.Some superviser saidvI must leave the company they will match the premium I got.I emphasized I was cancelling and had already secured car insurance.27/10/17 An MiWay deduction was done on my account. 1.How does Miway deduct funds when I had cancelled? 2.Who authorized this even when I was with them my premiums,were paid on the 15th who authorized the 27th? 3.what vehicle is MiWay insuring because I have ot even sent the new car for inspection? 4.When I call for a refund they are giving me the run around,72 hours,7 worjing days,the amount will be less etc etc. 5.I told them Im handling a crisis and need the exact amount of money before the end of the day and the supervisor was giving me attitude.
