FOUL PLAY/SYSTEM MANIPULATING

I agreed to the start date of the 9/5/2025 which means I was supposed to only be debited a pro-rata on the 09/5/2025 which was meant to have me covered up until the 24/05/2025 I agreed for MIWAY to debit me on the 25th of every month What I fail to understand is why you would debit me twice on the 09/05/2025 & on the 10/06/2025 a full premium. This means you are charging way more and I haven’t even been covered for 2 full months. Please refund me the difference It shouldn’t be my problem that the system had errors, or the advisor captured incorrect information, if that was system foul play aint my problem Regards Hope Tshabalala
