Foul play

I had an accident jus after midnight 2and half years ago due to the fact that someone driving an armed response car was chasing me. I claimed from my way and they declined my claim “on balance of probabilities” that I was drunk due to their assumptions that people that drive those hours are drunks. No breathalyzer nor blood was taken by the police during their routine documenting of accidents. I then took up the case with my lawyers and MI Way simply don’t come to court. When ever they realize that the case is about to be decided during their absence that’s when they come and give an excuse so as to drag the case. I don’t have a car close to 3 years now and my income and my family are affected because I can’t get to work mostly since I’m a shift worker. I travel over 70km daily by taxi and if I’m knocking off anytime after 6pm I don’t get transport home since there’s no taxis to my area. Uber costs me over R500 per trip. Miway has destroyed my life and please someone help
