Forever and a Day

I regret the day I ever changed my insurance to MiWay I am so disappointed in their lack of customer service as well as their work ethic. I logged me claim on the 21st of December where I kept getting calls from a lady named Refilwe to tell me my photos were not clear enough or they hadn't received the new photos I've sent. That I understood and I moved passed from it. When she eventually found my photos I asked her to please give me a call back to let me know the progress of my claim, this was way after the Christmas holidays but I still didn't get feedback. I received a message as well as a call from my tracking company on Monday (02/01/2017) to be told my battery is being tampered with, this is where the towed my car to. I called MiWay the following day as Monday was a public holiday to find out the progress of my claim thinking maybe they've started working with my car seeing that my battery was being tampered with but only to find that they had just received a quotation that morning from the panel beaters of the damages to my vehicle. The lady I spoke to Makhosazana said she would let the person dealing with my claim (Buhle) give me a call, I didn't get a call the whole of Tuesday and the whole of Wednesday, I then called again this morning (Thursday) I'm told the exact same thing that Buhle will go me too give me feedback and yet everything has been done from my side and from their side but still I haven't received any sort of feedback!! I am currently using a courtesy car that needs to go back on 13th of January, I use my car for business, if my car is not ready by then who will pay me while I'm home?!
I pay my monthly premiums on time every month whether or not it's a holiday but they are unable to do their job efficiently during this time of the year?! Please if you can't satisfy your customers please let me know so I can move my business elsewhere!!
