Forced to Drink and Drive

<p>Last week Thursday we booked a "take me home" service to collect us at 12pm from the Cradle Moon Lake Side Resort as we were celebrating my boyfriends birthday at the International Beer Festival. On Friday, we changed the collection time to 10pm, and were told that we were going to receive a notification regarding the change of our pick-up time. We recieved an SMS stating our collection time was still 12pm - Thus it had not been changed. On Sunday, my boyfriend queried the SMS, and again stated that we must be collected at 10pm. The call agent stated that our time had been changed and that we were to be collected at 10pm. </p> <p> </p> <p>Saturday night came, 10pm came, 10:30pm came, 10:40pm... Still no "take me home service". Let me state that we were now parked on the side of a dark road, with no street lamps, and no road shoulder. I called to find out where our driver was, and was told that there had been an "issue" and that our change of time request had not been logged initially. We were told that a driver would only be able to fetch us at 11:30 - 1.5 hours of waiting. We were left with no choice but to drive home. We risked our lives in more than one way that evening, and it was all MiWay's fault. </p> <p> </p> <p>I spoke to Patrick from MiWay on Saturday night, and he PROMISED me that he would contact me on Sunday evening at 7pm.... This was not done either. I wanted to know what MiWay was going to do to rectify this situation? </p> <p> </p> <p>WHAT SHOCKING AND DISGUSTING SERVICE. I am going to name and shame MiWay wherever I can. </p>
