After approximately 2 hours I eventually received a call from a very polite agent who apologized and tried to arrange a tow service. The number I received to call did not work and I then requested assistance again .The bakkie eventually arrived with a trailer and a 21 year old driver. He did his job but we drove 64 kilometers driving around 40kph as the 2 liter bakkie could not handle the weight on the trailer. All in all it took about 5 hours to get my vehicle to the mech. A hell of a wait in contrast to a few years back when I used that same service. While the politeness of the agents and the tow service agents is commendable, the time to assist is something left for Miway to work on.
