<p>To the outstanding and very proffesional service I recieved from Itumeleng Koko, I would like to thank you on your conduct which indeed after such a long time with Miway has refreshed my deteriorating valued of the Insurance Co. I have contemplated to change my Insurer many a time, but you have given me that one reason to stay. Customer is a serious concern which goes very much undermined and over looked by many, as a Customer Care champion myself I am very much inpressed.
