Following up

<p>I needed to remove an item from my policy and I was going to do it using the online chat. Unfortunately I had to disconnect before I could finish reviewing the policy. I connected again later, chatted to a different agent and got everything sorted (it took forever, but that is not what the review is about.)</p> <p>A few days later the first agent phoned me to check that I got done what I wanted to get done, as well as had some answers to questions I asked him at the time. He got some more info for me and phoned me back.</p> <p>This is great stuff. I just wish I remembered his name.</p>
