Follow up on Mi Smart pay back

Nomfundo displayed a good character when i asked her how far is my payment for the Claim i made on my Mi Smart policy, she went to an extent of going to Finance and confirming to me that my funds will be in my account the following day. All this happened on the same call. She is a very open lady that as a client i felt safe to ask anything about my policy, and we could even talk like i met her before while i only spoke to her in this call. I think she is a good Client Services candidate that Miway customers like myself need because, professional people need axact information, not I will call you back as others does.
