Follow Up on Excess Recovery

Hi,

I was involved in an accident on the 4th of November 2017 and my vehicle was a right off. The other party was at fault and I was advised that after the claim was paid out the claim would be handed over to MIWAY legal department to claim from the 3rd Party.

I have been trying to get hold of Keegan Kgori who his only advise was to call the legal department without even providing the contact numbers. I assumed that MiWay consultants would assist me throughout the process.
