Flawless execution during lockdown period by Charmaine, Kea and his Team Leader!

I just want to thank Charmaine, Kea and his Team Leader for ensuring I could get my claim approved during this lockdown period. After my 2 year old flung my phone against the wall, I was so worried that I wouldn't be assisted. Charmaine handled my initial call and was so professional, funny and polite even though she was working from home and was a bit frustrated as we all are. Within 3 days, everything was finalized and a new phone was on it's way. Kea took my next call on Thursday and explained the new policy schedule to me and again, he was friendly and professional. His Team Leader ensured I got a lower premium which really made my day. Thank you MiWay staff for going above and beyond for me. I'm thoroughly impressed by your willingness to assist and for just being there during this difficult time.
