Flat tyre

<p>I got a flat tyre on my way home from Northate Mall. My wife called Miway insurance and she got assisted my the guy called Nyiko who was very helpful. Nyiko called me and assisted me telephonically and advised me about the person who will come and weher he was coming from. Nyiko kept on calling me to find out if the towing guy already reached where i was or not. He even called me wehn the guy was there and trying to find out if the towing guy was helpful and friendly and i told him that i am happy with his service and that of the towing guy. They were very customer focused and helpful all the way.</p>
