Flat Battery road assistance

<p>I unfortunatley had a flat battery on 16 May 2017, while waiting for my partner on Simmonds streets outside the FNB bank city building , and needed to be jump started as my partner and I couldn't find someone who could assist us after hours of searching for assistance, it was dark, so I called my mother and she called a lady by the name of Seipati Ngake who works at Miway to assist and she called me and provided provided my mother with the road assistance numbers incase she cannot get hold of me, my mother provided me with the numbers which I used to call Miway, and notified me that a lady by the name of Seipati will call me and assist me, unfortunatley she could not get hold of me as I called my Miway as soon as I received the road assistance numbers</p> <p>As I called I spoke to Rimus who assisted me with ease and insured that I am okay and he explained the road assistance process and how it works and how long it is going to take before I received the assistance. I particulary like that after he logged my "ticket", I received messages that informed me that road assistance is on it's way every 3min or so and the messages also informed me of the person they have sent to assist me, they provided me with his Name (Jerry) and his cellphone number and car registration number, which made me feel at ease considering that it was dark and JHB is not safe. Jerry arrived within 10min after I ended the call with Rimus and provided me with an excellent service. after 10 min, my partner and I drove home</p> <p> </p> <p>During the time that I was on the Phone with Rimus, Seipati Ngake called me multiple times also to ensure that I had received the assistance from Miway as she followed up on her side, even though she could not get hold of me as I was on another line with Rimus. I thank the Miway team for their exceptional client service and I would recommend Miway to anyone. Indeed what is advertised on social media is a true reflection of the service which they provide</p> <p> </p> <p>Then Patrick called us from Miway after an hour of the service and guided me on how to provide them with this review. I would have particularly liked to review Miway on their own site though (something for Miway adding on to their site in the future)</p>
