Flat battery assist service

I was cleaning my car on Sunday, 04 October 2020 and listening to my favourite radio station. I was not aware my aircon and interior light were on. Before I knew it, the radio switched off and I realised the battery was flat. I panicked but remembered that MiWay provides flat battery service to its customers. I quickly dialled the number and, on the other side was Mr Tebogo Moloi. We spoke like we were long-time buddies but in a professional manner. He arranged a service provider, in less than no time, to assist come where I was to assist me. While I waited for the service provider to arrive, I received SMS notifications updating me on progress and informing me of the details of the service provider. Thank you a million Mr Moloi and keep up the excellent service. As a first time user of the service, I was greatly impressed.
