Flat Battery
An agent by the name of Ntokozo did everything that he had promised to do for me and even went an extra mile by making follow ups on my roadside assistance. this has been the service i have ever experienced from a call centre agent. Thanks Mi way

07 May 2018, 15:41I would like to add as it wasn't only Ntokozo who went out of his way to assist but equally a lady by the name of Moloko also stepped in to make sure that the service I got from Mi Way was excellent.
I just needed to share that information. Thank you to both Ntokozo and Moloko from Mi way, keep it up.
