Fix my details, they are incorrect.
I insured my Toyota Fortuner with you 2 months ago, i was told by your consultants that a tracing unit needs to be installed in the vehicle. A tracking unit was installed and i have sent through the proof of this twice already, yet today when i request an updated policy it still says i am not covered. What is going on, i need answers now. Been wasting my money for the last 2 months in this case. Policy Number : ***0

The tracker was installed when the vehicle was purchased and all paper work sent into you. Someone there made the mistake so why must i pay for it. Deduct this money and i will change insurance companies
