Five Stars for Sesi :)

My Wednesday morning began with me running late for work and later locking my keys in the car. I felt it in my bones that the day could only get worse from there.

I called MiWay to let them know and I spoke to a consultant named Sesi. She patiently listened to me explain my situation and by the end of the call, I had calmed down, a lock-smith had been dispatched to my location and Sesi had assured that even though I had forgotten to wear put on my earrings in my mad dash to leave the house, I probably looked beautiful anyway.

The service was quick and efficient and I really appreciated the follow-up call and sms that kept me up-to-date on the progress of my assistance provider.

Thank you for the help and for the awesome staff MiWay. My day actually went on better than it began.
