Five star treatment by Nompumelelo.
A job well done by Nompomelelo Madonsela. I called Miway very late around 17:50, I had the whole list of queries that I needed answers to. I spoke to this lady who showed high level of professionalism. It was late, I guess it was time for her to go home since it was after 18:00, but she was so prepared to assist and indeed she is a well mannered person. A very special thanks to her and I wish and hope she treats everyone the way she did to me irrespective of race or gender. Miway needs people like her. Thank you.
